AquaTru™ Screen Printed Transfer
Your Solution for Printing Lycra, Spandex and Nylon! A water-based, screen-printed transfer that provides superior stretch and rebound, coupled with a low-temperature application.
- Ideal for heat application on performance wear made of Spandex, Lycra® and woven nylons. Low temperature application can make scorching a thing of the past.
- Offered in 60 stock colors with custom color matching available.
- Water-based ink that is soft and lightweight, while providing amazing stretch and rebound.
- Printed on a larger 12″ x 19″ sheet – fill the sheet with as much as you can fit!

Stahls’ Heat Transfer Vinyl
Heat Transfer Vinyl, also called HTV, is a type of material that can be cut with a vinyl cutter to make designs, letters or numbers in an array of styles.
Heat Transfer Vinyl allows for the customization of a variety of items, including sports jerseys, T-shirts, performance apparel, active wear, jackets and more. With the selection and variety of colors in Stahls’ CAD-CUT line, you will be able to decorate just about anything!

This is not your mama’s Cricut®! With our state-of-the-art heat press technology, we deliver professional quality, low minimum goods for clients *worldwide (or across the globe/country/region). Standard at-home handheld irons and laminating devices do not have the ability to reach the extreme temperatures or consistent pressures required for a high-quality, reliable transfer. Durable transfers require between 375° to 425° F and forces from 40-80 psi depending on the materials and substrate used in the project. How do I price out heat transfers?
Heat Transfers are priced dimensionally (width x height), and the type of transfer depends on multiple factors including the number of colors in the art, the item being decorated and the quantity. Our expert team can find the perfect custom solution for every project, if you email us the following information:
- Artwork

- Decoration location (i.e. left chest, back yoke, full front, etc.)
How long do heat transfers last?
Stahls’ guarantees all products will last up to 50 washes as long as the following care instructions are followed:
Washing Instructions for Transfers
The first and most important tip: Follow the laundering instructions on the garment. While this part may not affect the transfer very much, it impacts the garment the transfer is on. If you’re not caring for the garment properly, then the life of the transfer may be affected.
Washing inside-out: Turning a shirt inside-out turning the wash and dry process will prolong embellished garment life. This way, cleaning chemicals in the wash and high temperatures in the dryer do not have direct contact with the transfer materials.
Do not bleach: We have seen that bleach not only affects the color of the shirt, but also affects the colors of transfers. People have, however bleached garments with Stahls’ screen printed transfers with no harmful side effects. Bleach can change the colors of the transfers, so garments should not be bleached.
Do not use fabric softener: Fabric softener, over time, will break down the fibers of your garment, transfer adhesive, and plastisol based inks.
Dry on low temp or air dry: Drying out screen print or transfers by subjecting it to a high temperature for a long period of time will eventually cause cracking or peeling.
Do not dry clean.
